I don't think you even want to know about the 1% in my life. I just had my biology test yesterday. Cerebellum, Medulla Oblongata, Sensory Nerve Fibres, Pupil Reflex…
Not that chapter you are interested in. Let's just move on.

I am 16 this year. Busy pursuing my studies in a boys school..... surrounded by three girls schools. Unlike many of you out there, my family was never a fan of the beautiful game. I did not even see Arsenal in most of my childhood years. Yet in 2002, it somehow came. I always say it's fate that brought me to Arsenal. That faithful day, 27 August 2002, I flipped open the back pages of The New Paper. It wrote, in bold and huge fonts, "Arsenal 5-2 West Brom". Then, somehow or another, it just started.
I never knew what kept me drawn to the club, since I haven't even seen them play then. The first match I caught was Arsenal's 3-1 win over Roma in that same year. Henry scored a brilliant hat-trick in that game... And then I just couldn't look back.
Enough of history...
SgGooner told me to share my views as a Gooner in school. So, here's my take:
No. 1: There are tons of Man U fans
I started my secondary school life in "horror". There was not a single Gooner in my class. But, there was nothing to worry then. That year saw Arsenal going unbeaten for a season. The ManUre fans were kept silent...
But last season was simply theirs. They laughed when we lost to Sheffield, and pitied when Henry was injured. Even when we beat them, they said it was just pure luck. When Henry left, I was greeted with tons of Man U fans asking me to give up. And, it certainly didn't help when some "Gooners" wanted to turn to Barca.
No. 2: WTH, there are no Sp*rs fans
Yep, if the first part was tough. This is worse. There're simply no sp*rs fans. Not a single one, in the whole level, maybe in the whole school. That relates to no one to laugh at.
No. 3: There are few die-hard Gooners
I choose to think it is because of school work and stress. Somehow, the so-called "Gooners" in my school define themselves being a real fan as buying the jersey every season. I only had my first jersey last season, and I don't see how that makes me a lousier fan. I am a Gooner, deep down.
Yes, I believe I really do love the club. Maybe not as much as many of you do, but definitely, more than a lot of fellow young Gooners in my school. This last 5-year period is definitely a new chapter in my life. And I think it will continue to be.
Really thankful that SgGooner gave me this chance. And it has been great to hear the views of many of the die-hard Gooners here. You guys certainly helped me when Henry left and when we went through the lows last season. You might not be able to imagine how important your support was. I assure you it is. It really was...
Samuel … Fellow young gunner...
